- Versatile: Perfect for both no-bake pies and baked pies.
- Minimal Ingredients: Just two simple ingredients—Oreos and butter!
Instructions for this Oreo Pie Crust Recipe:
Pulverize the Oreos:
Place the Oreo cookies into a food processor and blend until fine crumbs form. If you don’t have a food processor, place the Oreos in a gallon-sized plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin until fine crumbs are achieved. This is the food processor I have and love it! It gets used for so many different things!
Mix the Crumbs and Butter:
Melt the butter and add it to the Oreo crumbs. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
Press the Crust:
Pour the mixture into a 9” pie plate. Using your hands, press the mixture evenly across the bottom and up the sides of the pan to form the crust.
Chill or Bake:
- For a no-bake pie crust, refrigerate the crust for at least 30 minutes before adding your filling.
- For a baked pie crust, preheat your oven to 350°F and bake the crust for 8-10 minutes. Let it cool completely before filling.
