In a medium sized bowl combine the peanut butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Use a handheld mixer and whip until smooth and creamy.
1 c Skippy or JIF Peanut Butter, 8 oz Cream Cheese, 1 c Powdered Sugar
Gently fold in the Cool Whip and mix until the filling is well combined and fluffy.

Pour the mixture into the pie crust and smooth out.
1 Prepared or Store Bought Chocolate Pie Crust
Drizzle the pie with the melted chocolate chips and melted butterscotch chips. Then top with the Mini Reese's Cups along the edge of the pie.
