Easy Peanut Butter Pie

Equipment

  • 9" pie plate
  • Handheld mixer
  • Medium sized mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 c Skippy or JIF Peanut Butter
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 c Powdered Sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 Prepared or Store Bought Chocolate Pie Crust See Notes below for a link to my Oreo Pie Crust Recipe

Optional Toppings:

  • Mini Reese's cups
  • Melted Chocolate Chips for drizzling
  • Melted Butterscotch Chips for drizzling

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl combine the peanut butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Use a handheld mixer and whip until smooth and creamy.
    1 c Skippy or JIF Peanut Butter, 8 oz Cream Cheese, 1 c Powdered Sugar
  • Gently fold in the Cool Whip and mix until the filling is well combined and fluffy.
    8 oz Cool Whip
  • Pour the mixture into the pie crust and smooth out.
    1 Prepared or Store Bought Chocolate Pie Crust
  • Drizzle the pie with the melted chocolate chips and melted butterscotch chips. Then top with the Mini Reese's Cups along the edge of the pie.

  • Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Notes

You must chill the pie for at least 2 hours prior to serving so it has time to set up. 
If there are any leftovers, cover the pie and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
